- 1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised due to fluctuations in raw material costs in the Pakistan Karachi timber market.
- 2. Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of fabrication at our Carpenter workshop in Korangi, Karachi, and the remaining 20% upon final installation and client sign-off at the site.
- 3. Timeline: The estimated completion period is 45 working days from the date of advance payment receipt. Delays caused by client-requested design changes or force majeure events in Pakistan Karachi shall extend the timeline accordingly.
- 4. Material Substitution: In the event that a specified wood species is unavailable in the Pakistan Karachi market, our Carpenter team will propose an equivalent or superior alternative at no additional cost, subject to client written approval.
- 5. Warranty: All Carpenter workmanship is covered under a twelve (12) month warranty against structural defects, joint failures, and finishing peeling. This warranty does not cover damage caused by water exposure, pest infestation, or improper maintenance by the client.
- 6. Design Revisions: Two (2) rounds of design revision are included in this Quotation Estimate. Additional revisions will be charged at PKR 5,000 per revision by our Carpenter design team.
- 7. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the absence of resolution, the matter shall be referred to the Karachi City Court, Sindh, Pakistan.
- 8. Cancellation: Cancellation after the advance payment has been received will result in a 10% penalty deduction from the refundable amount, as materials may have already been procured by our Carpenter workshop.
