The Carpenter workshop guarantees a minimum of 12 months on all structural joinery and 6 months on hardware and finishes. Any additional modifications requested after the initial approval of this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, material prices in the Peru Lima market may fluctuate, and the Carpenter workshop reserves the right to revise pricing.
Payment Schedule: 40% advance payment upon signing (S/ 22,561.60), 40% upon completion of fabrication in the workshop (S/ 22,561.60), and 20% upon final installation and client sign-off at the Peru Lima site (S/ 11,280.80).
Project Timeline: Estimated completion period is eight (8) weeks from the date of the advance payment, subject to material availability in the Peru Lima supply chain.
Warranty: The Carpenter provides a twelve-month structural warranty and a six-month finish warranty on all delivered pieces. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.
Change Orders: Any changes to the scope of work after this Quotation Estimate is accepted must be documented in a written Change Order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through the competent courts of civil jurisdiction in Peru Lima, in accordance with Peruvian civil and commercial law.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or supply chain disruptions affecting the Peru Lima region.
