Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. Prices are subject to revision based on fluctuations in raw material costs, particularly hardwood and teak lumber sourced within the Philippines Manila supply chain.
2. Payment terms: 50% down payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon completion of 60% of the Carpenter work, and the remaining 20% upon final inspection and client sign-off.
3. Project timeline: The complete Carpenter scope shall be executed within forty-five (45) working days from the date of the down payment receipt, subject to weather conditions and material availability in the Philippines Manila area.
4. All materials specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be of premium grade. Substitutions, if any, require prior written approval from the client.
5. Our Carpenter team shall comply with all Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS) as mandated by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) of the Philippines.
6. A one-year (12-month) workmanship warranty is included for all Carpenter installations. This warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, improper use, or unauthorized modifications.
7. Any additional work or change orders beyond the scope stated in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional charges.
8. This Quotation Estimate does not include electrical wiring, plumbing connections, or structural engineering modifications. Such services must be arranged separately with licensed professionals.
9. Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, and if unresolved, through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in the Philippines Manila region.
