- Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of 70% of the Carpenter work, and the remaining 20% upon final handover and client sign-off in Doha, Qatar.
- Payment Method: Bank transfer to Al Noor Carpentry & Woodworks LLC, QNB Bank, Doha, Qatar. Account No. 0012-3456-7890. All payments must be received within 7 working days of invoice issuance.
- Project Timeline: The Carpenter work shall commence within 5 working days of receiving the advance payment. The total estimated duration is 25 working days, subject to weather conditions and client access availability in Qatar Doha.
- Warranty: All Carpenter workmanship is covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of final acceptance. Material defects are covered under the respective manufacturer's warranty. This warranty applies to all woodwork installed within the project site in Doha, Qatar.
- Change Orders: Any modifications to the original scope of work must be documented in a written Change Order signed by both parties. Adjustments to the Quotation Estimate total will be calculated based on the actual Carpenter labour and material costs incurred.
- Site Access: The client shall provide uninterrupted access to the project site in Doha between 07:00 and 19:00, Monday to Saturday. Sunday is a non-working day in Qatar.
- Insurance and Liability: Al Noor Carpentry & Woodworks LLC maintains comprehensive public liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage as required by Qatari law. The Carpenter team shall be fully insured for the duration of the project.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved amicably. In the event of failure to reach a mutual agreement, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts in Doha, State of Qatar, in accordance with Qatari law.
- Permits and Compliance: The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary municipal permits or approvals from Doha Municipality prior to the commencement of structural Carpenter work. Our team will provide all required technical drawings and documentation to support the permit application.
