All timber and wood products used in this project will be sourced from certified Russian and European suppliers operating within Russia Moscow and the surrounding Moscow Oblast region. The primary materials include FSC-certified European oak (Quercus robur), Russian walnut veneer, Siberian larch (Larix sibirica), and premium beech for structural components. All finishes will be water-based, low-VOC products compliant with Russian sanitary standards (SanPiN). Our Carpenter team guarantees that no treated or chemically impregnated wood will be used in interior applications unless specifically requested in writing by the client.

Based on the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate, the anticipated project duration is eight (8) working weeks from the date of contract signing. The schedule is as follows: Weeks 1–2 for material procurement and off-site fabrication; Weeks 3–5 for on-site installation and structural work; Weeks 6–7 for finishing, sanding, and coating; Week 8 for final inspection, client walkthrough, and handover. Delays caused by force majeure, adverse weather conditions affecting exterior work, or client-requested design changes will be documented separately and may adjust the timeline without altering the total cost unless additional materials are required.

Advance Payment (40%): Due upon signing of the service contract. Amount: 309,120 RUB. This secures material orders and reserves the Carpenter team's schedule.
Progress Payment (35%): Due upon completion of structural and installation work (end of Week 5). Amount: 270,480 RUB.
Final Payment (25%): Due upon successful final inspection and client sign-off. Amount: 193,200 RUB.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the company account or by cash receipt issued in accordance with Russian Federal Tax Service requirements.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, prices may be adjusted to reflect changes in material costs, currency fluctuations, or labor market conditions in Russia Moscow.
The total price is fixed and will not increase unless the client requests additional work, design modifications, or changes to material specifications beyond the scope described herein.
Our Carpenter team will arrive on-site no earlier than 08:00 and will cease work by 19:00 on weekdays. No work will be performed on Saturdays, Sundays, or official Russian public holidays unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A two-year warranty is provided on all carpentry workmanship. Material warranties are governed by the respective manufacturers and suppliers.
The client is responsible for providing safe access to the work area, ensuring that all electrical and plumbing systems in the work zone are isolated, and obtaining any necessary permits from the Moscow Housing Authority (UPKh) for structural modifications.
Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through negotiation, and failing that, through the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement will be executed upon the client's written acceptance of this estimate.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined above for the Carpenter services to be performed in Russia Moscow. This signature authorizes Moscow Artisan Carpentry Co., Ltd. to proceed with material procurement and scheduling upon receipt of the advance payment.
