1. Scope of Work & Description

This Quotation Estimate is issued by Petersburg Master Carpentry & Woodworks LLC in connection with the provision of professional Carpenter services at the client's private residential property located in Russia Saint Petersburg. 3. Project Timeline

The estimated duration for completion of all Carpenter works at the Russia Saint Petersburg site is 22 working days, commencing on the date of contract execution. The schedule is broken down as follows: Week 1 – site preparation, material delivery, and acclimatization; Week 2 – fabrication of custom elements in our workshop on Nevsky Prospekt and on-site installation of flooring; Week 3 – installation of wardrobes, dining table, staircase handrail, and finishing trim. A final inspection and handover will be conducted on the last working day.

4. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision upon expiry due to fluctuations in timber material costs in the Saint Petersburg market.
Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon signing the contract, 40% upon completion of flooring and major installations, and 20% upon final acceptance and handover. All payments shall be made in Russian Rubles (RUB) via bank transfer to the company account.
The Carpenter team shall comply with all occupational health and safety regulations of the Russian Federation, including those issued by Rostekhnadzor. The client is responsible for providing safe access to the work area and ensuring that the site is free of structural hazards.
A warranty of 24 months is provided on all workmanship. Material warranties are governed by the respective manufacturers' terms. This warranty is valid only for work performed in Russia Saint Petersburg under normal residential use conditions.
Any changes to the scope of work requested by the client after contract execution shall be documented in a written change order and may result in adjustments to the total cost and project timeline.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed the formal Service Agreement. The terms herein are indicative and subject to final contractual negotiation.
All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved in accordance with the civil legislation of the Russian Federation and, if necessary, before the Arbitration Court of Saint Petersburg and Leningrad Oblast.
