- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision upon expiry due to material cost fluctuations in the Saudi Arabia Jeddah market.
- All Carpenter workmanship is guaranteed for a period of 24 months from the date of final handover, covering structural integrity, joinery, and finish quality.
- The project timeline of 45 working days assumes standard working hours (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday) and is subject to Saudi public holidays and Ramadan schedule adjustments.
- All timber and wood products used in this Quotation Estimate are sourced from certified suppliers and treated for moisture resistance appropriate to the coastal environment of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
- Any additional work or design changes requested by the client beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by our Carpenter project manager.
- The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary municipal permits from the Jeddah Municipality prior to the commencement of structural Carpenter work.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the company account. Invoices will be issued in accordance with ZATCA e-invoicing regulations.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include electrical, plumbing, or HVAC modifications. Such services may be arranged separately at additional cost.
- Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Jeddah.
