1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Carpenter reserves the right to revise pricing due to fluctuations in material costs within Singapore Singapore.
2. Payment Terms: A 50% deposit (SGD 6,649.00) is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to commence fabrication. The remaining 50% balance (SGD 6,649.00) shall be payable within seven (7) days of successful completion and client sign-off of all Carpenter works.
3. Project Timeline: The Carpenter estimates a total project duration of twenty-one (21) working days from the date of deposit receipt, inclusive of fabrication, delivery, and installation at the site in Singapore Singapore.
4. Materials: All timber, veneers, hardware, and adhesives shall be of premium grade and sourced from approved suppliers in Singapore Singapore. Any substitution of materials must be approved in writing by the client prior to procurement.
5. Warranty: The Carpenter provides a twelve (12) month workmanship warranty on all carpentry items. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but excludes damage caused by misuse, water damage, or unauthorised modifications.
