Terms and Conditions1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be subject to revision due to material cost fluctuations in the South Korean market.
2. The estimated project duration is twelve (12) weeks from the approved commencement date, subject to weather conditions, building access availability, and any changes in scope requested by the client.
3. All Carpenter work shall be performed in accordance with the Korean Building Standards (KS) and the Seoul Metropolitan Government construction regulations. Our team holds valid occupational safety certifications required for work in Seoul commercial buildings.
4. Any changes to the scope of work beyond 10% of the original Quotation Estimate value will require a written change order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
5. A two-year workmanship warranty is included on all Carpenter installations. This warranty covers structural integrity, joint stability, and hardware functionality but does not cover damage caused by misuse, water exposure, or unauthorized modifications.
6. The client is responsible for securing all necessary building permits, elevator reservations, and after-hours access approvals from the Sejong Tower management in South Korea Seoul.
7. All disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through mediation under the Seoul International Arbitration Center before any litigation is pursued.
8. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
