- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised due to fluctuations in raw material costs, particularly timber and veneer sourced within the Spain Barcelona region.
- All Carpenter work described herein will be performed by qualified and insured craftsmen employed by Tallers de Fusta Barcelona S.L. The lead Carpenter, M. Carmen Solé Vidal, will supervise all phases of the project on-site in Spain Barcelona.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon completion of fabrication in our workshop, and 30% upon final installation and client sign-off at the Spain Barcelona premises.
- The estimated project duration is twelve (12) working weeks from the date of the advance payment. Delays caused by force majeure, client-requested changes, or regulatory inspections in Barcelona will extend the timeline proportionally.
- All materials will comply with European Union environmental standards (FSC-certified timber where applicable) and local building codes of the Ajuntament de Barcelona.
- A two-year warranty is provided on all Carpenter workmanship and structural integrity. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, water damage, or unauthorized modifications.
