This Quotation Estimate is structured with the following milestone-based payment plan. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the account of Valencia Carpentry & Woodworks S.L. (IBAN: ES21 0049 0001 5320 0000 0000).
- 30% advance payment (EUR 8,347.91) — due upon signing of this Quotation Estimate and prior to commencement of works.
- 40% progress payment (EUR 11,130.55) — due upon completion of structural carpentry, flooring, and kitchen cabinetry installation (approximately Week 3).
- 30% final payment (EUR 8,347.91) — due upon final inspection, sign-off, and handover of all completed works in Spain Valencia.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised to reflect changes in material costs, labour rates, or exchange rates applicable in Spain Valencia.

- A 24-month warranty is provided on all workmanship. Material warranties are governed by the respective manufacturers' terms.
