This Quotation Estimate has been prepared by Sirimal Perera & Sons Carpentry Works, a licensed and experienced Carpenter firm operating in Sri Lanka Colombo since 1998. We are pleased to present our detailed cost estimate for the complete carpentry and woodwork project at the residential property located at 12, Temple Road, Colombo 07. Our team of skilled Carpenter professionals will execute all woodwork tasks using premium-grade teak, mahogany, and imported plywood sourced from verified suppliers within Sri Lanka Colombo and the surrounding Western Province.

The estimated duration for completion of all Carpenter works listed in this Quotation Estimate is eight (8) calendar weeks from the date of advance payment receipt. Our Carpenter team, comprising a lead master Carpenter, four skilled joiners, and two apprentices, will be stationed at the Colombo 07 site from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Workshop fabrication of all custom pieces will take place at our facility on Galle Road, Colombo 03, before transport and installation at the client's property.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, prices may be revised due to fluctuations in timber and hardware costs in the Sri Lanka Colombo market.
- All timber materials will be sourced from FSC-certified suppliers. The client reserves the right to inspect raw materials prior to fabrication.
- A workmanship warranty of twelve (12) months is provided on all Carpenter work, covering structural integrity, joint stability, and hardware functionality. This warranty does not cover damage caused by water ingress, termites, or improper maintenance by the client.
- Any additional work or design modifications requested after the commencement of the project will be subject to a separate supplementary Quotation Estimate and written approval from both parties.
- The client is responsible for providing safe access to the work area, ensuring electrical supply availability, and clearing the site of personal belongings that may obstruct the Carpenter team's operations.
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Sirimal Perera & Sons Carpentry Works, Commercial Bank, Colombo 01 Branch, Account No. 1012-3456-7890.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved through the Colombo District Court.
By signing below, the client acknowledges that this Quotation Estimate has been reviewed in its entirety and agrees to the scope of work, pricing, timeline, and terms outlined herein. The Carpenter services will commence upon receipt of the 30% advance payment and a signed copy of this document.
