All timber and wood products specified in this Quotation Estimate will be sourced from certified suppliers operating within Sudan Khartoum and its surrounding regions. Our lead Carpenter and supervisory team guarantee that every piece of woodwork will be seasoned, kiln-dried, and treated against termites and moisture before fabrication. Finishes will be applied using water-based, low-VOC varnishes suitable for the hot and arid climate characteristic of Sudan Khartoum. All joinery will be executed using traditional mortise-and-tenon techniques supplemented by modern mechanical fasteners for structural integrity.
Upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and receipt of the initial 40% advance payment, the Carpenter team will mobilize to the site within five (5) working days. The estimated completion period for all carpentry works is twenty-five (25) working days from the date of commencement. A detailed weekly progress schedule will be provided to the client, and a joint inspection will be conducted at the 50% and 100% completion milestones.
5.1 – This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are quoted in Sudanese Pounds (SDG) and are subject to revision if raw material costs fluctuate by more than 8% during the validity period.
5.2 – Payment schedule: 40% upon signing, 40% upon 50% physical completion, and 20% upon final handover and client sign-off.
5.3 – A comprehensive one-year warranty is provided on all carpentry workmanship. This warranty covers structural defects, joint failures, and finish peeling under normal residential use. It does not cover damage caused by flooding, fire, or unauthorized modifications.
5.4 – Any changes to the scope of work after this Quotation Estimate has been accepted will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by our Carpenter project manager, requiring written client approval before additional work commences.
5.5 – All work is to be performed in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety regulations of the State of Sudan Khartoum. The client is requested to ensure unobstructed access to the work area during the project duration.
5.6 – Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be referred to the relevant commercial court in Sudan Khartoum.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Al-Nil Carpentry & Woodworks Co. to proceed with the Carpenter services as described herein. The undersigned Carpenter representative confirms that all costs, timelines, and specifications have been accurately presented and that the firm possesses the necessary trade license and insurance to execute the project in Sudan Khartoum.
