1. Quotation Estimate OverviewThis Quotation Estimate is issued by Siam Craft Carpentry Co., Ltd., a licensed and experienced Carpenter contractor operating in Thailand Bangkok, to provide a comprehensive cost breakdown for custom carpentry and woodwork services. This Quotation Estimate covers all materials, labour, tools, and professional Carpenter expertise required to complete the project as described below. The scope of work has been assessed by our senior Carpenter team who have over fifteen years of experience delivering high-quality woodwork projects throughout Thailand Bangkok and the surrounding metropolitan areas.
2. Scope of Work – Carpenter Services in Thailand BangkokThe following Carpenter services are included in this Quotation Estimate for the residential property located in the Phrom Phong district of Thailand Bangkok:
- Design and fabrication of a custom-built hardwood kitchen cabinet system (teak and mahogany) measuring 4.2 metres in total linear length, including upper and lower units, a central island unit, and integrated appliance housings.
- Construction and installation of a bespoke Carpenter-crafted wardrobe system in the master bedroom, featuring sliding doors, internal shelving, a hanging rail, and a built-in shoe compartment.
- Fabrication and fitting of a custom floating bookshelf unit (oak veneer) for the living room, measuring 2.8 metres wide by 2.2 metres high, with integrated LED strip lighting channels.

Based on the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate, our Carpenter team in Thailand Bangkok estimates a total project duration of six (6) to eight (8) weeks from the date of contract signing. The timeline includes a one-week design finalisation and material procurement phase, followed by four to six weeks of on-site fabrication and installation work. All Carpenter work will be carried out during standard business hours (08:00–17:00, Monday to Saturday) to minimise disruption to the client and neighbouring properties in the Thailand Bangkok residential area.
5. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in timber and material costs in the Thailand Bangkok market.
- A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total amount stated in this Quotation Estimate is required to commence work. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be payable upon final completion and client sign-off of all Carpenter deliverables.
- All timber and wood materials used by our Carpenter team shall be sourced from certified sustainable suppliers operating within Thailand. Teak, mahogany, and rosewood materials will comply with Thai forestry regulations and CITES requirements where applicable.
- This Quotation Estimate includes a twelve-month (12-month) workmanship warranty on all Carpenter fabrication and installation work performed in Thailand Bangkok. The warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, water damage, pest infestation, or normal wear and tear.
- Any changes to the scope of work requested by the client after this Quotation Estimate has been accepted will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and additional charges as determined by our Carpenter project manager.
- All work will be performed in accordance with the Building Control Act of Thailand and applicable local bylaws of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA). Our Carpenter contractor holds a valid construction licence registered with the Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning.
- Payment shall be made in Thai Baht (THB) via bank transfer to the account details provided. No cash payments will be accepted for amounts exceeding THB 10,000.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include any structural modifications to the building, electrical wiring beyond LED strip installation, or plumbing work. Such services would require a separate Quotation Estimate from the relevant licensed tradesperson.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through mediation in Bangkok, Thailand, in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
