- This Quotation Estimate is a formal offer by Ankara Master Carpenter Services Ltd. and does not constitute a binding contract until accepted in writing by the client and countersigned by both parties.
- A deposit of 30% of the Grand Total (TRY 153,450.00) is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Carpenter team's schedule and initiate material procurement in Turkey Ankara.
- The remaining 70% shall be payable in two installments: 40% upon completion of Phase 3 and 30% upon final project handover and client sign-off.
- All work performed by our Carpenter professionals is covered by a 24-month workmanship warranty from the date of final acceptance. Material warranties are governed by the respective manufacturers' terms.
- The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary municipal permits and building approvals from the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality (Ankara Büyükşehir Belediyesi) prior to the commencement of structural carpentry work.
- Any changes to the scope of work requested by the client after project commencement will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate and mutual written agreement before additional work proceeds.
- Our Carpenter team operates Monday through Saturday, 08:00 to 18:00, in accordance with local labor regulations in Turkey Ankara. Work on public holidays is excluded unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiration, a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current material and labor rates will be required.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Ankara, Turkey, in accordance with the Turkish Code of Obligations (Türk Borçlar Kanunu).
