- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all Carpenter service rates and material costs are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi.
- All Carpenter work shall be carried out in accordance with the approved drawings and specifications. Any deviation must be approved in writing by the client prior to execution.
- The project timeline of approximately 62 working days is an estimate. Delays caused by force majeure, client-requested changes, or Abu Dhabi Municipality inspection scheduling shall extend the timeline proportionally without penalty to the Carpenter contractor.
- A comprehensive two-year workmanship warranty is provided on all Carpenter installations. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover damage resulting from misuse, natural wear, or unauthorized modifications.
- The client agrees to provide the Carpenter team with safe and accessible working conditions at the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi site, including adequate power supply, water access, and secure storage for materials.
- All materials sourced for this project shall be procured from approved suppliers within the United Arab Emirates. Import duties and customs clearance for any materials sourced internationally are included in the Quotation Estimate total.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of unresolved disagreement, the matter shall be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, in accordance with UAE Federal Law.
- The Carpenter contractor shall maintain valid public liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage throughout the duration of the project, as mandated by UAE labor regulations applicable in Abu Dhabi.
