- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be adjusted to reflect current material costs and Carpenter labor rates in the Houston, Texas market.
- A non-refundable deposit of twenty-five percent (25%) of the Grand Total, amounting to $6,771.86, is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Carpenter crew's schedule and reserve materials.
- Remaining balance shall be due in two equal installments: fifty percent (50%) upon completion of structural and rough Carpenter work, and the final fifty percent (50%) upon project completion and client sign-off.
- All Carpenter work performed under this estimate shall comply with the International Residential Code (IRC) as adopted by the City of Houston, Texas, and all applicable United States federal and state building regulations.
- Houston Fine Carpentry Co. carries general liability insurance of $2,000,000 and workers' compensation coverage for all Carpenter personnel. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.
