Payment Schedule

This Quotation Estimate for Carpenter services in United States Los Angeles is structured with the following payment milestones:

30% Deposit ($13,898.84): Due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and prior to material procurement.
40% Progress Payment ($18,531.78): Due upon completion of structural carpentry work (items 1, 3, 6, and 10).
30% Final Payment ($13,898.83): Due upon final walkthrough, client sign-off, and completion of all finishing work.

Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After July 12, 2025, material and labor rates may be adjusted to reflect current market conditions in the United States Los Angeles area.
All carpentry work will be performed by licensed and bonded Carpenter professionals holding valid California C-20 (Carpentry & Millwork) contractor licensing. Golden Oak Carpentry & Woodwork LLC carries $2,000,000 general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage as required by the State of California.
The estimated project duration is eighteen (18) business days, subject to weather conditions, material availability, and City of Los Angeles inspection scheduling. Delays caused by force majeure or client-requested changes will be documented in writing.
All materials specified in this Quotation Estimate are premium-grade, kiln-dried, and sourced from certified suppliers within the United States. Substitutions of equivalent or superior quality may be made with prior written client approval.
A one-year workmanship warranty is included on all carpentry and installation work. This warranty covers defects in craftsmanship but does not cover normal wear, damage from misuse, or acts of God.
The client is responsible for obtaining any additional permits not listed in this Quotation Estimate. Golden Oak Carpentry will coordinate with the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety (LADBS) for all inspections required under this project scope.
Any changes to the scope of work beyond 10% of the original Quotation Estimate value will require a written change order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
All work will comply with the 2022 California Building Standards Code, the Los Angeles Municipal Code, and applicable ADA accessibility guidelines where relevant.
Payment may be made by check, ACH transfer, or certified funds. A 1.5% monthly late fee will apply to any balance outstanding beyond fifteen (15) days of the due date.
