This Quotation Estimate is issued by Manhattan Heritage Carpentry Co., a licensed and insured Carpenter firm operating within the United States New York City metropolitan area, to provide a comprehensive cost breakdown for the residential carpentry renovation project at the client's property located at 847 West End Avenue, Manhattan. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all Carpenter labor rates and material costs are subject to revision based on prevailing United States New York City market conditions.
- All work performed under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with the New York City Building Code, the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code, and all applicable regulations enforced by the NYC Department of Buildings and the NYC Department of Environmental Protection.
- The Carpenter firm shall obtain all necessary permits, certificates of occupancy, and filings required by the United States New York City municipal authorities prior to commencing any structural or load-bearing modifications.
- Payment terms are net fifteen (15) days from the date of invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month as permitted under New York State General Obligations Law.
- The Carpenter firm provides a one-year workmanship warranty on all labor and a manufacturer's warranty on all materials. This warranty is void if the client or a third party modifies the completed work without written authorization.
- Any changes to the scope of work requested by the client after project commencement shall be documented in a written Change Order signed by both parties before additional Carpenter labor or materials are procured.
- The Carpenter firm carries general liability insurance of $2,000,000 per occurrence and workers' compensation insurance as mandated by New York State law. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement. All terms herein are subject to the final executed agreement.
