1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all prices, material costs, and Carpenter labor rates are subject to revision based on current market conditions in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
2. Payment Schedule: A 30% advance payment is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% shall be paid in two equal installments upon completion of 50% and 100% of the Carpenter work. The final 10% retention shall be released within fourteen (14) days of the project handover and client sign-off.
3. Project Timeline: The estimated duration for all Carpenter services listed in this Quotation Estimate is twelve (12) weeks from the date of contract execution, subject to weather conditions and site accessibility in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
4. Materials: All timber, veneer, hardware, and finishing materials specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be sourced from certified suppliers in Uzbekistan Tashkent or imported as required. 7. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Uzbekistan Tashkent under the rules of the Tashkent International Arbitration Center.
8. Insurance and Safety: Our Carpenter team shall comply with all occupational health and safety regulations applicable in Uzbekistan Tashkent. Comprehensive liability insurance is maintained throughout the project duration.
