4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all pricing, particularly items related to security, accommodation, and supply costs in Afghanistan Kabul, are subject to revision based on prevailing market and security conditions.

4.2 The Chef shall be provided with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' notice prior to deployment to Kabul, Afghanistan, to allow for visa processing, security briefing, and pre-departure medical clearance.

4.3 In the event of a security escalation in Afghanistan Kabul that renders the operational environment untenable, the Chef's contract may be suspended or terminated with a 72-hour notice. No penalty shall apply to either party under such circumstances.

4.4 All payments under this Quotation Estimate shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via wire transfer to the account designated by Global Culinary Staffing Solutions Ltd. Invoices will be issued monthly in arrears.

4.5 The client in Kabul, Afghanistan, shall be responsible for providing a secure, functional kitchen facility with adequate ventilation, water supply, and power (including backup generator) at the designated site.

4.6 The Chef shall comply with all local Afghan laws, cultural norms, and the client's internal security and conduct policies while operating in Afghanistan Kabul.

4.7 This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of imported specialty ingredients that are not available in local markets in Kabul. Such items will be quoted separately upon request.

Important Note: Due to the current operational environment in Afghanistan Kabul, all personnel costs, security arrangements, and logistics outlined in this Quotation Estimate are subject to periodic review.
