3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all prices, availability of the Chef, and terms are subject to revision due to market fluctuations in Argentina Buenos Aires, including changes in the Argentine peso exchange rate and seasonal ingredient availability.
3.2 Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the Grand Total is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% shall be settled within five (5) business days following the completion of all Chef services. Payments may be made via bank transfer to the account of La Cocina Argentina Chef Services S.R.L., or by certified check payable in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
3.3 Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled service date will incur a fee of 25% of the total Quotation Estimate amount. Cancellations between 14 and 7 days will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations within 7 days or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the full deposit. The Chef’s calendar in Buenos Aires is managed on a first-come, first-served basis, and last-minute changes may affect availability.
3.4 Dietary Requirements: The Chef will accommodate reasonable dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergen-free) provided the client communicates these requirements in writing at least 72 hours before the event. 3.5 Venue Requirements: The client is responsible for providing a suitable kitchen or cooking area at the event venue in Buenos Aires.
