1. This Quotation Estimate constitutes a formal offer by Chef Córdoba Culinary Services S.R.L. for the provision of professional Chef services in Argentina Córdoba. It does not constitute a binding contract until signed and countersigned by both parties.
2. The client agrees to provide a confirmed venue address within Argentina Córdoba no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled event date. Changes to the venue location within Argentina Córdoba may incur additional travel and logistics charges.
3. A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon acceptance of this document. The remaining 60% shall be settled within five (5) business days following the completion of the Chef service in Argentina Córdoba.
4. The Chef team reserves the right to modify the proposed menu if specific ingredients are unavailable from local Argentina Córdoba suppliers, provided that equivalent-quality alternatives are offered and approved by the client in writing.
5. Cancellation by the client more than thirty (30) days before the event will result in a 20% penalty on the total Quotation Estimate. Cancellation between 30 and 14 days will incur a 50% penalty. Cancellation within 14 days will result in full forfeiture of the deposit.
6. The Chef services include a maximum of ten (10) hours of on-site work per day in Argentina Córdoba. Overtime beyond this limit will be billed at 50% of the standard hourly rate.
7. All food preparation will adhere to the Argentine National Food Safety Standards (Ley 18.284) and the specific regulations of the province of Argentina Córdoba. The Chef team carries full professional liability insurance valid throughout the Argentina Córdoba region.
8. This Quotation Estimate is non-transferable and is issued exclusively for the client named herein. Any third-party use or reproduction without written consent from Chef Córdoba Culinary Services S.R.L. is prohibited.
