Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After 14 July 2025, pricing may be subject to revision due to fluctuating food costs in the Brisbane market.
- All Chef personnel engaged under this quotation hold current Food Safety Supervisor certificates as required by the Queensland Food Act 2006 and maintain full public liability insurance of no less than $20,000,000 AUD.
- Payment terms: 50% deposit due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; the remaining 50% is due within fourteen (14) business days following the event date in Australia Brisbane.
- Any changes to the menu, guest count, or event duration must be communicated in writing no fewer than seven (7) days prior to the event. Adjustments to the Chef team or ingredient costs will be reflected in a revised Quotation Estimate.
- The Chef and team will arrive at the South Bank venue no later than 9:00 AM AEST on the event day to commence setup and preparation.
- All services are subject to the venue's health and safety policies and Brisbane City Council event regulations.
- Cancellation policy: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event incur a 25% fee; cancellations within 14 days incur a 50% fee; cancellations within 72 hours incur a 100% fee of the total Quotation Estimate value.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until signed and countersigned by both parties. It serves solely as a good-faith estimate of costs for the Chef services described herein.
