The Chef will prepare a four-course dinner menu tailored to the client's dietary preferences, incorporating premium Australian-sourced ingredients procured from local Melbourne markets including Queen Victoria Market and the Melbourne Market at South Wharf.
• Menu Development & Consultation: The Chef will conduct a preliminary consultation (in person at the Melbourne residence or via video conference) to design a bespoke menu. The menu will reflect seasonal Australian produce, incorporating indigenous Australian ingredients where appropriate, and will accommodate any specified dietary requirements including gluten-free, vegetarian, or allergen-free preparations.

• Any changes to the scope of Chef services, number of guests, or menu complexity beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and mutual written agreement.
