This Quotation Estimate has been prepared by Sydney Culinary Professionals Pty Ltd to provide a comprehensive and transparent cost breakdown for the engagement of a dedicated Chef to deliver premium private culinary services within the greater Australia Sydney metropolitan area. This document outlines all fees, inclusions, exclusions, and contractual terms associated with the proposed Chef engagement. The Chef engaged under this Quotation Estimate is a qualified and experienced culinary professional holding a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and a Diploma of Hospitality Management, with a minimum of twelve (12) years of professional kitchen experience in fine-dining establishments across Australia Sydney. The Chef will be available for a minimum of five (5) days per week, working between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00, with the option to extend hours by mutual agreement. The Chef will be responsible for menu planning, ingredient sourcing from approved Australia Sydney suppliers, food preparation, cooking, plating, kitchen management, and post-service cleanup at the designated location in Mosman, Australia Sydney.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability of the proposed Chef are subject to reconfirmation and potential revision.
- Payment terms: 50% deposit due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; the remaining 50% to be invoiced in two equal monthly instalments (September 2025 and October 2025). All payments are due within fourteen (14) days of invoice date via bank transfer to the account details provided.
- The Chef engaged under this arrangement is an independent contractor of Sydney Culinary Professionals Pty Ltd and is not an employee of the client. The Chef will comply with all applicable Australian workplace health and safety regulations, NSW food safety standards, and local council by-laws applicable to Australia Sydney.
- Any changes to the scope of Chef services, additional days, extended hours, or changes to the service location within Australia Sydney must be agreed in writing and will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate prior to commencement of the additional work.
- The client agrees to provide a suitable, clean, and fully equipped kitchen space at the Mosman, Australia Sydney location, including all necessary cooking appliances, refrigeration, and storage facilities. Failure to provide adequate facilities may result in a service interruption and additional charges.
- Cancellation by the client after acceptance of this Quotation Estimate will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total contract value if cancelled more than fourteen (14) days before the commencement date, and 50% if cancelled within fourteen (14) days of the commencement date.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent Chef engagement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia, and the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia Sydney.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the proposed Chef in Australia Sydney. This signature constitutes a binding agreement between the parties for the duration of the engagement period specified herein.
