- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be revised based on market conditions in Bangladesh Dhaka.
- The Chef engagement is subject to a minimum contract period of twelve (12) months. Early termination by either party requires a written notice of sixty (60) days.
- All Chef services will be rendered at the client's designated residence in Bangladesh Dhaka. Relocation to a different address within Dhaka city will be accommodated at no additional cost; relocation outside Dhaka city limits will incur a separate charge.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and the remaining 50% shall be paid in two equal quarterly installments.
- The Chef will be provided with a standard work uniform, and all professional kitchen tools will be maintained by Dhaka Culinary Services Ltd.
- Any additional dietary requirements, special menu planning, or extra events beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate will be quoted separately.
- All services are subject to the labor laws and regulations of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. The Chef will be registered under the Bangladesh Labour Act 2006.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of premium imported ingredients unless specifically requested in writing by the client.
- Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangladesh Dhaka in accordance with the Bangladesh Arbitration Act 2001.
- Dhaka Culinary Services Ltd. reserves the right to replace the assigned Chef with a qualified substitute of equal or higher caliber, subject to client approval.
