Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in Chinese Yuan (CNY) via bank transfer to the account of Guangzhou Culinary Talent Solutions Ltd. The payment schedule is as follows:
- 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement.
- Monthly installments of the remaining balance, payable within fifteen (15) calendar days of the end of each calendar month.
- Final settlement of any outstanding balance within thirty (30) days of the conclusion of the Chef's contract term.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all prices and terms are subject to revision without prior notice.
- The Chef's engagement is contingent upon successful completion of all background checks, health screenings, and visa/permit approvals as required by the People's Republic of China and the Guangzhou Municipal Government.
- All culinary services shall be performed in strict compliance with the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and the local regulations of Guangzhou, Guangdong Province.

- Either party may terminate the Chef's engagement with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata adjustment to the Quotation Estimate total shall be applied.
- All intellectual property, including proprietary recipes and menu designs developed by the Chef during the engagement, shall remain the property of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and stamped the formal Service Agreement document.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Chef engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, in accordance with the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).
