The Chef will be physically present at the client's premises in Colombia Medellín for the duration specified in this Quotation Estimate, ensuring that all culinary standards align with the client's brand identity and the expectations of guests visiting the Colombia Medellín region.

- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing for the Chef services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Colombia Medellín.
- Payment Terms: A 40% advance payment is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% shall be paid in three equal monthly installments, due on the 5th of each month. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified by Sabor Andino Culinary Services S.A.S.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the client prior to the commencement of Chef services will result in a 15% penalty on the total Quotation Estimate value. Cancellation during the engagement period requires a 30-day written notice.
- Work Location: All Chef services under this Quotation Estimate will be performed at the client's premises in Colombia Medellín or at approved event venues within a 30-kilometer radius of the city center.
- Intellectual Property: All menus, recipes, and culinary concepts developed by the Chef specifically for the client under this Quotation Estimate shall become the property of the client upon full payment.
- Regulatory Compliance: The Chef and all supporting staff shall comply with all applicable labor laws of Colombia, food safety regulations enforced by INVIMA, and municipal health codes of Medellín, Antioquia.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or public health emergencies affecting Colombia Medellín.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting agreement shall be governed by the commercial laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts of Medellín, Antioquia.
