The Chef engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following services at the client's restaurant and banquet facilities in DR Congo Kinshasa:

• Daily preparation and execution of all food items for the main restaurant, room service, and private dining areas.
• Supervision and training of a team of up to six (6) kitchen assistants and commis chefs.
• Management of kitchen inventory, procurement coordination, and food cost control.
• Compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations as mandated by the Ministry of Health of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
• Planning and execution of up to four (4) special event menus per month for corporate functions and diplomatic receptions in Kinshasa.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the account of Kinshasa Culinary Services Ltd. at the National Bank of the Democratic Republic of Congo, Kinshasa branch. The payment schedule is as follows:

• 30% Advance Payment: Due upon signing of the service agreement, prior to the Chef's deployment to DR Congo Kinshasa.
• Monthly Installments: The remaining 70% shall be paid in equal monthly installments over the twelve-month contract period, due on the 5th business day of each month.
• One-Time Fees: Items 04, 06, and 09 shall be invoiced and paid within fourteen (14) days of service completion.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all pricing and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in DR Congo Kinshasa.
2. The Chef and kitchen team shall work a standard schedule of six (6) days per week, with a minimum of ten (10) hours per shift, in accordance with the labor laws of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
3. Kinshasa Culinary Services Ltd. shall be responsible for the recruitment, vetting, and initial onboarding of the Chef. The client shall provide a secure and functional kitchen workspace at the DR Congo Kinshasa premises.
4. All food ingredients, raw materials, and consumables required for daily operations shall be procured and paid for by the client (Hotel Le Baobab S.A.).
5. Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all costs incurred up to the termination date.
6. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal Service Agreement incorporating all terms herein.
7. All disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Kinshasa, DR Congo, in accordance with the applicable commercial laws of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
8. The Chef shall maintain professional confidentiality regarding all proprietary recipes, menu designs, and operational procedures developed during the engagement in DR Congo Kinshasa.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Chef and culinary team in DR Congo Kinshasa.
