The services outlined in this Quotation Estimate are designed to meet the highest standards of international cuisine while incorporating authentic Egyptian culinary traditions.

The Chef engagement covers a full-time position with a standard working schedule of six (6) days per week, forty-eight (48) hours per week, with one (1) designated rest day. The Chef will report directly to the Director of Operations and will manage a kitchen brigade of up to twelve (12) junior staff members. All services are to be rendered at the client's facility located in the Zamalek district of Egypt Cairo, unless otherwise specified in a supplementary agreement.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period may be subject to revised pricing due to market fluctuations in Egypt Cairo.
• The Chef engagement is governed by the Egyptian Labor Law (Law No. 12 of 2003) and all applicable municipal regulations in Egypt Cairo. The agency shall ensure full compliance with local employment statutes.
• Payment terms: 40% advance upon signing, 30% at the midpoint of the contract (month 6), and 30% upon successful completion of the 12-month term. All payments are to be made in Egyptian Pounds via bank transfer to the agency's designated account in Egypt Cairo.
• The Chef shall be provided with a standard work visa and residence permit. All immigration costs are included in line item 02 of this Quotation Estimate.
• Either party may terminate the Chef engagement with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata refund of unused services will be calculated and issued within fourteen (14) business days.
• All intellectual property, including proprietary recipes and menu designs developed by the Chef during the engagement, shall remain the property of the client upon full payment of this Quotation Estimate.
• The agency shall maintain professional liability insurance covering the Chef and all kitchen staff for the duration of the engagement in Egypt Cairo.
• Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Egyptian Arbitration Center, seated in Egypt Cairo.

Please note that this Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of raw ingredients, kitchen equipment, or utilities, which remain the sole responsibility of the client. The Chef will source ingredients from approved suppliers in Egypt Cairo and will submit a weekly procurement report to the Director of Operations. All overtime beyond the standard 48-hour work week will be compensated at 1.5x the hourly rate and must be pre-approved in writing by the client.

Cairo Culinary Staffing Agency reserves the right to substitute the assigned Chef with a candidate of equal or superior qualification should the original Chef become unavailable due to force majeure. Any such substitution will be communicated to the client no fewer than seven (7) days in advance.
