This Quotation Estimate is issued by Berlin Culinary Excellence GmbH to provide a comprehensive and binding cost overview for the engagement of a professional Chef to be deployed at the client's private residence and associated hospitality venues located in Germany Berlin. The Chef will be responsible for the complete culinary management, menu planning, ingredient procurement, food preparation, and presentation of all meals served at the designated locations within the Berlin metropolitan area.

Terms and Conditions
1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiration, all rates and terms listed herein shall be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Germany Berlin.
2. The Chef engagement is governed by the German Civil Code (BGB) and the applicable labor regulations of the state of Berlin. All employment terms, including working hours, leave entitlements, and termination notice periods, shall comply with the German Working Hours Act (Arbeitszeitgesetz) and the Berlin-specific collective agreements.
3. Payment shall be made in monthly installments of EUR 12,577.31 (including VAT), due on the last working day of each calendar month via bank transfer to the account designated by Berlin Culinary Excellence GmbH. Late payments shall incur interest at the statutory rate of 8% above the European Central Bank base rate.
4. The Chef shall be provided with a dedicated workspace within the client's kitchen facilities in Germany Berlin. The client is responsible for ensuring that all kitchen equipment, ventilation systems, and storage units meet the hygiene standards required by the Berlin Health Authority.
5. Either party may terminate the Chef engagement with a written notice period of six (6) weeks during the first three months, and twelve (12) weeks thereafter, in accordance with German employment law.
6. This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of raw ingredients, beverages, or specialty items unless explicitly stated in the itemized breakdown. All food procurement costs are to be reimbursed separately at actual cost with receipts.
7. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent Chef service agreement shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Germany Berlin. The applicable law shall be the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
8. The Chef is bound by a strict confidentiality agreement regarding all recipes, client preferences, household matters, and proprietary information encountered during the engagement in Germany Berlin.
