1. Scope of Services – Chef Engagement in Germany Frankfurt
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Culinary Excellence GmbH to provide a comprehensive and binding cost overview for the engagement of a professional Chef to deliver premium culinary services within the metropolitan area of Germany Frankfurt. The Chef will be responsible for the complete planning, preparation, and execution of high-quality meals tailored to the dietary preferences, cultural requirements, and event schedules of the client. All services will be performed in strict compliance with German food safety regulations (Lebensmittelhygieneverordnung), the EU General Food Law (Verordnung (EG) Nr. 178/2002), and the local health authority guidelines of the Gesundheitsamt Frankfurt am Main.
The Chef assigned to this engagement will hold a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in fine dining, corporate catering, or private residential kitchens. The Chef will be fluent in German and English, ensuring seamless communication with household staff, corporate clients, and local suppliers throughout the Germany Frankfurt region. 3. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After 15 July 2025, all prices are subject to revision based on current market conditions in Germany Frankfurt.
- The Chef engagement is governed by the German Civil Code (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch – BGB) and applicable employment law (Arbeitsrecht). A formal employment contract will be executed prior to the start date.
- Payment terms: 50% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon contract signing; the remaining 50% shall be invoiced monthly in arrears, payable within 14 days of invoice receipt via SEPA bank transfer.
- The Chef shall work Monday through Friday, 08:00–17:00, with availability for up to two (2) evening events per month. Overtime beyond 40 hours per week will be compensated at 1.5× the hourly rate as stipulated by German labor law.
- All food ingredients will be sourced from certified suppliers within the Germany Frankfurt metropolitan area and the surrounding Hesse region, ensuring freshness and compliance with EU organic standards where applicable.
- Cancellation by the client after the first 30 days of service will incur a penalty of two (2) months' Chef salary. Cancellation by Culinary Excellence GmbH without cause will require a 60-day written notice.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a final contract. A definitive service agreement will be drafted and signed by both parties prior to the commencement of the Chef's duties.
- All personal data processed in connection with this Quotation Estimate and subsequent engagement shall be handled in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz – BDSG).
4. Acceptance and Authorization
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Chef services in Germany Frankfurt and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This signature authorizes Culinary Excellence GmbH to proceed with the Chef recruitment, onboarding, and service commencement as specified.
