2. SCOPE OF SERVICES – CHEF PLACEMENT IN GERMANY MUNICH

This Quotation Estimate is issued by AlpenCuisine Professional Services GmbH to provide a comprehensive and binding cost overview for the recruitment, placement, and ongoing management of a professional Chef for the client's hospitality establishment located in Germany Munich. The services described herein encompass the full lifecycle of Chef engagement, from initial candidate sourcing through to continuous performance monitoring and contractual administration, all conducted in full compliance with German labor law (Arbeitsrecht) and the specific regulatory requirements of the Bavarian state (Freistaat Bayern).

The Chef position is designated as Executive Chef / Küchenchef for a fine-dining restaurant in the city center of Munich, Germany. 4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices and terms are subject to revision without prior notice.
All prices stated in this Quotation Estimate are in Euros (EUR) and are subject to the applicable German value-added tax (Mehrwertsteuer) at the current rate of 19%, unless otherwise stated.
The Chef engagement is governed by the German Civil Code (BGB) and the German Labor Protection Act (Arbeitsschutzgesetz). The employment contract for the Chef shall be issued in German and, at the Chef's request, in English.
Payment terms: 30% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon acceptance of this document. The remaining 70% shall be invoiced monthly in arrears, with payment due within fourteen (14) days of invoice date (Zahlungsziel: 14 Tage).
AlpenCuisine Professional Services GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Chef's performance or conduct. The Chef's professional liability is covered under the client's existing business insurance policy.
Any modifications to the scope of services described in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Verbal agreements regarding Chef duties, salary adjustments, or contract extensions are not binding.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a final contract. A formal service agreement and employment contract for the Chef will be executed upon the client's written acceptance of this estimate.
All personal data processed in connection with this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent Chef placement shall be handled in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / DSGVO) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting Chef employment shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Munich, Germany (Landgericht München I).

5. ACCEPTANCE AND SIGNATURE

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the Chef services to be provided in Germany Munich. This acceptance authorizes AlpenCuisine Professional Services GmbH to commence the Chef recruitment and placement process immediately.
