- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all Chef service rates may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Ghana Accra.
- Payment for the first month's Chef services is due within seven (7) working days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. Subsequent monthly payments are due on the first (1st) of each calendar month.
- The assigned Chef shall be subject to a background check and health clearance as mandated by the Ghana Health Service before commencing duties in Ghana Accra.
- Any additional Chef services beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate (e.g., special event catering, holiday menus, or extended hours) will be quoted separately in writing.
- Termination of the Chef engagement requires a minimum of thirty (30) days' written notice from either party. Failure to provide notice shall result in a penalty equivalent to one month's Chef fee.
- All Chef personnel are covered under our professional liability insurance policy registered with the National Insurance Commission of Ghana.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of raw ingredients, kitchen consumables, or utilities, which remain the client's responsibility.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Ghana Accra in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
