The Chef shall hold a valid FSSAI food handler license, a current medical fitness certificate, and demonstrated proficiency in at least three Indian regional cuisines (Karnataka, Punjabi, and Goan) along with Continental and Japanese cooking techniques. The Chef will be a resident of or willing to relocate to the India Bangalore area and will undergo a background verification and skill assessment prior to commencement of duties.

• Accommodation & Transport: The client shall provide a clean, private room within the Bangalore residence for the Chef's stay. Local transport within India Bangalore for market visits is included in the procurement assistance fee.
• Insurance: The Chef shall be covered under a comprehensive personal accident insurance policy arranged by Spice Route Culinary Services Pvt. Ltd. at no additional cost to the client.
• Confidentiality: The Chef is bound by a non-disclosure agreement regarding the client's household routines, recipes, and personal information while operating in India Bangalore.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
