The Chef to be deployed shall possess a minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in fine dining or high-volume restaurant kitchens, with demonstrated expertise in Indian, Continental, and Fusion cuisines. The Chef must hold a valid FSSAI food handler certification and be proficient in HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) protocols as required for all food service operations in India Mumbai.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised based on prevailing market conditions in India Mumbai and changes in statutory labour regulations.
- The Chef shall be engaged on a full-time basis (6 days per week, 10-hour shifts) as per the standard working hours applicable to hospitality establishments in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Overtime beyond stipulated hours shall be billed at 1.5x the hourly rate.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon successful onboarding of the Chef at the client's premises in Mumbai, and the remaining 30% shall be payable in equal monthly instalments over the contract period.
- The Chef shall be provided with a standard industry meal allowance of ₹1,500 per day and local transport reimbursement within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region as per company policy.
- Any change in scope, additional Chef requirements, or extension of service beyond the initial 12-month term shall be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate issued separately.
- All services shall be performed in strict compliance with the Shops and Establishments Act, 2017 (Maharashtra), the Minimum Wages Act, and all local by-laws of the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC).
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
- The Chef shall maintain professional confidentiality regarding proprietary recipes, supplier information, and operational strategies of the client's establishment in India Mumbai.
