The Chef will also oversee the preparation of traditional Iraqi dishes alongside international cuisine to cater to the diverse clientele of the establishment in this vibrant capital city.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing for the Chef services in Iraq Baghdad may be subject to revision based on market conditions, currency fluctuations, or changes in Iraqi labor regulations.
• Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon commencement of Chef deployment in Baghdad, and 30% upon successful completion of the twelve-month contract period.
• All payments shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via international wire transfer to the designated bank account of Al-Rafidain Culinary Services Co., or in Iraqi Dinars (IQD) at the prevailing Central Bank of Iraq exchange rate on the date of invoicing.
• The Chef and all kitchen personnel shall be subject to the labor laws of the Republic of Iraq. Working hours, leave entitlements, and occupational health and safety provisions shall comply with Iraqi statutory requirements applicable to the city of Baghdad.
• Al-Rafidain Culinary Services Co. shall provide a minimum of thirty (30) days' written notice prior to the replacement of the Senior Executive Chef. The client reserves the right to request a Chef substitution with equivalent qualifications upon providing fourteen (14) days' notice.
• All food preparation, storage, and service operations conducted by the Chef team shall adhere to the standards set forth by the Baghdad Municipal Health Directorate and the Iraqi National Food Safety Authority.
• This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of raw ingredients, consumables, or kitchen equipment unless explicitly stated in the itemized breakdown above. The client shall procure all foodstuffs and supplies for the Baghdad kitchen facility.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to civil unrest, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions in Iraq, shall be addressed through mutual consultation between both parties.
• Any amendments to the scope of Chef services, additional personnel requirements, or changes to the operational location within Iraq Baghdad must be documented in a written addendum signed by both parties.
