Scope of Chef Services – Tel Aviv, Israel

This Quotation Estimate covers a full-day private Chef engagement for a dinner party of twelve (12) guests. Our lead Chef, a Michelin-trained culinary professional with over fifteen years of experience in Israeli and Mediterranean cuisine, will be stationed at your property in Tel Aviv from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM on the event date. The Chef will prepare a five-course tasting menu incorporating fresh local produce sourced from the Carmel Market and the Negev organic farms, ensuring the highest quality ingredients available in Israel. The menu will feature traditional Israeli flavors reimagined with contemporary technique, reflecting the vibrant culinary culture of Tel Aviv.

All amounts are quoted in Israeli New Shekels (ILS / ₪). This Quotation Estimate is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. Prices are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue.

Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing for the Chef engagement may be subject to revision based on ingredient costs and availability in the Tel Aviv market.
A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total amount (₪11,918.00) is required to confirm the Chef booking. The remaining balance of 60% is due no later than seven (7) days prior to the event date.
Payment may be made via bank transfer to Shalom Culinary Services Ltd., Bank Leumi, Branch Tel Aviv, Account No. 001-44-882211, or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) with a 2.5% processing surcharge.
The Chef and support team will arrive at the client's property in Tel Aviv no later than 10:00 AM on the event date. The client is responsible for providing adequate kitchen space, electricity, and water access.
Cancellation by the client more than fourteen (14) days before the event will result in a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellation within fourteen (14) days will forfeit the full deposit. Cancellation by Shalom Culinary Services due to Chef unavailability will result in a full refund or a replacement Chef of equivalent caliber.
All food preparation will comply with the standards set by the Israel Ministry of Health and the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality food safety regulations. The Chef holds a valid Israeli food handler's certificate (Tzav 1331).
Kosher certification for specific dietary requirements is provided through a licensed Israeli rabbinical authority. Additional certification fees, if applicable, are included in this Quotation Estimate.
Any changes to the guest count, menu, or event location within Tel Aviv must be communicated in writing at least ten (10) days before the event. Adjustments to this Quotation Estimate will be issued as a supplementary document.
This Quotation Estimate does not include entertainment, floral arrangements, tableware beyond basic serving utensils, or any services not explicitly listed above. Additional services may be quoted separately.
Governing law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tel Aviv District Court.

Acceptance & Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth herein for the Chef services to be performed in Tel Aviv, Israel. This signature constitutes a binding agreement for the services described.
