4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS QUOTATION ESTIMATE- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After 15 July 2025, all rates are subject to revision based on market conditions in Naples, Italy.
- Payment Terms: A deposit of 30% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon acceptance. The remaining 70% shall be invoiced in four (4) equal monthly instalments, payable within fifteen (15) days of each invoice date via bank transfer to the company's Italian IBAN account.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the client with more than fourteen (14) days' written notice incurs no penalty. Cancellation within fourteen (14) days of the scheduled service date incurs a fee of 50% of the affected service value. Cancellation on the day of service incurs 100% of the daily Chef rate.
- Scope Changes: Any modification to the Chef's service schedule, menu complexity, or event scope must be communicated in writing at least seven (7) days in advance. Additional services will be quoted separately as a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
- Applicable Law: This Quotation Estimate and the resulting service agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Naples, Italy.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, or government-mandated closures affecting operations in Naples, Italy.
- Confidentiality: The Chef and all personnel engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding the client's residence address, personal preferences, and any proprietary recipes or menu information.
