3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates for Chef services in Kazakhstan Almaty are subject to revision based on market conditions, ingredient availability, and exchange rate fluctuations between USD and KZT.
3.2 Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon acceptance. The remaining 60% balance shall be settled within seven (7) business days following the completion of the Chef engagement in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Payments may be made via bank transfer to the account of Almaty Culinary Excellence Ltd. or by certified cheque.
3.3 Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled event will incur a 25% administrative fee. Cancellations within fourteen days will result in forfeiture of the full deposit. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than forty-eight (48) hours before the Chef is scheduled to arrive at the Almaty venue.
3.4 Dietary Requirements: Clients must communicate all dietary restrictions, allergies, and special requests to the assigned Chef no later than seventy-two (72) hours before the event. Our Chef team in Kazakhstan Almaty will accommodate vegetarian, vegan, halal, kosher, and gluten-free requirements at no additional charge.
3.5 Venue Requirements: The client is responsible for providing a suitable kitchen or food preparation area at the Almaty venue. If the venue lacks adequate facilities, our portable kitchen equipment (as itemized above) will be deployed. Access to electricity, running water, and adequate ventilation must be guaranteed.
3.6 Insurance & Liability: Almaty Culinary Excellence Ltd. maintains comprehensive public liability insurance covering all Chef operations in Kazakhstan Almaty. The client assumes responsibility for any damage to the venue premises caused by the client's own guests.
3.7 Intellectual Property: All menu designs, recipe formulations, and culinary presentations created by our Chef for this engagement remain the intellectual property of Almaty Culinary Excellence Ltd. and may not be reproduced without written consent.
3.8 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the civil legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Almaty, Kazakhstan.
