- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability of the Chef team are subject to revision.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon contract signing, 30% upon successful placement of the Chef and brigade in Kuwait City, and 30% upon completion of the first full quarter of service.
- All Chef personnel shall be subject to Kuwaiti labor law, including the minimum working hours, rest days, and end-of-service benefits as mandated by the Ministry of Social Affairs in Kuwait.
- Gulf Culinary Services LLC shall bear full responsibility for the visa, work permit, and civil ID processing for all Chef team members stationed in Kuwait City, Kuwait.
- Any additional private events, menu changes, or extended service hours beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be billed separately at the agreed hourly or per-event rates.
- The client (Al-Nakheel Hospitality Group) agrees to provide a fully equipped commercial kitchen, all necessary utensils, and a safe working environment compliant with Kuwait Municipality health and safety codes.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Kuwait City, Kuwait, in accordance with Kuwaiti commercial law.
- This document constitutes a non-binding estimate. A formal service contract must be executed by both parties before any Chef services commence.
