This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the rates for Chef services in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur may be subject to revision based on market conditions and currency fluctuations.
Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon commencement of the Chef engagement, and 20% upon successful completion of the twelve-month contract period.
All payments shall be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via bank transfer to the account designated by Culinary Excellence Services Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
The Chef and all supporting culinary staff shall comply with all applicable Malaysian food safety regulations, including those enforced by the Ministry of Health Malaysia and the local authority of Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL).
Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional Quotation Estimate.
The client reserves the right to terminate the Chef engagement with a thirty (30) day written notice. In such cases, a pro-rata charge shall apply for the remaining period.
This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of raw materials, kitchen equipment, or consumables, which shall be borne separately by the client.
All Chef personnel engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall maintain valid medical fitness certificates and food handler licenses as required by Malaysian law.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur in accordance with the Arbitration Act 2005 of Malaysia.

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the Chef services to be rendered in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur. This signature constitutes a binding agreement between both parties for the duration specified herein.
