This Quotation Estimate is issued by Gourmet Culinary Services de México, S.A. de C.V. to formally present the professional Chef services to be rendered at the client's premises located in Mexico Mexico City. The engagement encompasses the full-time provision of an executive Chef specializing in contemporary Mexican and international cuisine, including menu development, kitchen management, staff supervision, and quality assurance for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.
The Chef assigned to this contract will operate exclusively within the Mexico Mexico City metropolitan area, ensuring daily presence at the client's kitchen facility. All culinary operations, supplier negotiations, and food safety compliance will be conducted in accordance with the regulations established by the Secretaría de Salud of Mexico Mexico City and the NOM-251-SSA1-2009 standard for food handling.

The total amount of this Quotation Estimate shall be paid in monthly installments of $90,784.50 MXN (inclusive of IVA), due on the first business day of each month via bank transfer to the account designated by Gourmet Culinary Services de México, S.A. de C.V. The initial kitchen audit fee (Item 02) shall be paid in full within ten (10) business days of contract execution. A 2% late payment penalty will apply to any overdue balance, in accordance with commercial law applicable in Mexico Mexico City.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Mexico Mexico City.
- The Chef engagement is exclusive to the client's premises in Mexico Mexico City. Any additional locations within the CDMX metropolitan area will require a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate.
- The Chef shall comply with all labor regulations established by the Ley Federal del Trabajo and local ordinances of Mexico Mexico City. Social security (IMSS) contributions are included in the monthly fee.
- Either party may terminate the contract with a thirty (30) day written notice. In the event of early termination, the Chef's remaining monthly fees for the notice period shall be due.
- All recipes, menu designs, and culinary intellectual property developed by the Chef during the engagement shall remain the property of the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and stamped the formal service agreement. The Quotation Estimate serves solely as a preliminary cost projection for the Chef services in Mexico Mexico City.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting Mexico Mexico City, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies, shall suspend obligations without penalty to either party.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the Chef services to be performed in Mexico Mexico City. This document represents a good-faith estimate and does not obligate either party to enter into a formal service contract.
