1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Chef services in Myanmar Yangon may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations, exchange rate changes, or regulatory updates.
2. Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon the Chef's arrival and commencement of duties in Myanmar Yangon, and the remaining 30% to be paid in monthly installments over the first three months of service.
3. The Chef shall be bound by a non-disclosure agreement and a non-compete clause for a period of six (6) months following the termination of the engagement in Myanmar Yangon.
4. Golden Pagoda Culinary Services Co., Ltd. shall provide a replacement Chef within fourteen (14) days at no additional cost should the initially assigned Chef be unable to continue service due to medical or personal reasons.
5. All work permits, visas, and immigration documentation for the Chef operating in Myanmar Yangon shall be processed and maintained by our agency in full compliance with Myanmar labor and immigration laws.
6. The client agrees to provide a safe and compliant kitchen environment in Myanmar Yangon, including all necessary equipment, ingredients, and utilities required for the Chef to perform duties effectively.
7. Early termination of this Quotation Estimate by either party requires a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination by the client, a penalty of two months' Chef salary shall be applicable.
8. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and stamped the formal Service Agreement document.
9. All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Yangon, Myanmar, in accordance with the Myanmar Arbitration Law.
