The Chef engagement under this Quotation Estimate includes the provision of a Head Chef, two Sous Chefs, and four line cooks who will be stationed at the client's premises in Nepal Kathmandu for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. The Chef and supporting kitchen staff will be responsible for menu development, daily food preparation, quality control, inventory management, and adherence to all food safety regulations mandated by the Department of Tourism and the Nepal Food Authority within the Kathmandu metropolitan area.

The total amount of this Quotation Estimate shall be paid in the following installments: thirty percent (30%) as an advance upon signing the service agreement, fifty percent (50%) payable at the six-month milestone, and the remaining twenty percent (20%) due upon successful completion of the twelve-month Chef engagement period. All payments shall be made in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) via bank transfer to the account of Everest Culinary Services Pvt. Ltd., Nabil Bank, Kathmandu Main Branch, Nepal. Late payments shall attract an interest charge of 1.5% per month as per standard commercial practice in Nepal Kathmandu.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in the Nepal Kathmandu labor market and ingredient costs.
• The Chef and all supporting kitchen staff shall work a standard schedule of six days per week, with one day off per week, in accordance with the Nepal Labor Act, 2074 (2017).
• Everest Culinary Services Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to replace any Chef or kitchen staff member with a qualified substitute of equal or higher competency, subject to prior written notice to the client.
• All Chef personnel shall comply with the food safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations enforced by the Kathmandu Metropolitan City Corporation and the Nepal Food Authority.
• The client shall provide a dedicated kitchen space, basic utensils, and access to local markets in Nepal Kathmandu for ingredient procurement. Specialized equipment procurement is covered under Item No. 5 of this Quotation Estimate.
• Any additional services, extended hours, or special event catering beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be billed separately at the prevailing rates agreed upon in writing.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration Act of Nepal, with the seat of arbitration in Kathmandu.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement in writing.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined for the Chef services to be delivered in Nepal Kathmandu. This acceptance shall serve as the basis for the preparation of the formal Service Agreement between the two parties.
