1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate for Chef services in Netherlands Amsterdam is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability of the Chef team must be reconfirmed in writing.
2. Payment Terms: Invoices arising from this Quotation Estimate are payable within thirty (30) days of the invoice date via bank transfer to the Amsterdam Culinary Excellence B.V. account at ING Bank N.V., Amsterdam, Netherlands (IBAN: NL91 INGB 0001 2345 6789). Late payments shall incur interest at the statutory Dutch rate (wettelijke rente).
3. Chef Availability: The Executive Chef named in this Quotation Estimate is engaged exclusively for the Client during the contract period. In the event of illness or unforeseen absence, a replacement Chef of equivalent qualification and experience will be provided at no additional cost.
4. Scope Changes: Any modification to the Chef services outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional services will be quoted separately and are not included in the total amount stated herein.
5. Termination: Either party may terminate the Chef engagement with a written notice period of sixty (60) days. Upon termination, all services rendered up to the effective date of termination shall be invoiced in accordance with this Quotation Estimate.
6. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and the resulting Chef service agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
7. Confidentiality: All menu designs, recipes, cost structures, and operational details shared during the Chef engagement in Netherlands Amsterdam shall remain strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.
8. Insurance: Amsterdam Culinary Excellence B.V. maintains full professional liability insurance and employer's liability insurance as required by Dutch law for all Chef and kitchen personnel operating in the Netherlands Amsterdam region.
