The Chef engaged under this Quotation Estimate will provide the following culinary services at the client's private residence located in Remuera, Auckland, New Zealand. The Chef is a fully qualified and experienced professional holding a Level 5 Diploma in Culinary Arts from the Auckland Institute of Technology, with over twelve years of experience in private chef services across New Zealand Auckland and the broader Aotearoa region.

• Menu Planning & Development: The Chef will design a rotating weekly menu tailored to the dietary preferences, allergies, and cultural tastes of the household. Menus will incorporate locally sourced New Zealand ingredients, including produce from Auckland's local markets, Waitakere Ranges foraged herbs, and fresh seafood from the Hauraki Gulf.
• Daily Meal Preparation: The Chef will prepare three full meals per day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) for a household of four (4) persons, with an estimated 120 meals per month.
• Special Event Catering: Up to two (2) private events per month (e.g., dinner parties, family celebrations) with a capacity of up to 20 guests, including full menu design, preparation, service, and post-event cleanup.
• Grocery Procurement & Inventory Management: The Chef will manage weekly grocery shopping from local Auckland suppliers, including the Newmarket Wholesale Market and local organic farms in the Auckland hinterland.
• Kitchen Management: The Chef will maintain kitchen hygiene standards in compliance with Food Safety New Zealand regulations, manage pantry inventory, and ensure all equipment is properly maintained.

Payment for the Chef services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made via direct bank transfer to Auckland Premier Chef Services Ltd. The first payment is due within seven (7) calendar days of the commencement date (1 July 2025). Subsequent payments are due on the 1st of each calendar month. A 2% late payment surcharge will apply to any invoice not settled within fourteen (14) days of the due date, in line with standard commercial practice in New Zealand Auckland.

• The Chef engaged under this Quotation Estimate is an independent contractor of Auckland Premier Chef Services Ltd. and is not an employee of the client.

• Either party may terminate this engagement with fourteen (14) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date.

• This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes shall be resolved through the Disputes Tribunal in Auckland, New Zealand.
• The Chef will carry full public liability insurance (minimum $10 million NZD) and professional indemnity insurance throughout the engagement period.
