• All payments are to be made in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) via bank transfer to the account details provided on the accompanying invoice.
• The Chef and support staff are bound by New Zealand employment law, food safety regulations (Food Act 2014), and local Wellington City Council health requirements.
• Cancellation by the client more than 21 days before the event incurs a 25% fee. Cancellation within 21 days incurs a 50% fee. Cancellation within 7 days incurs the full amount.
• Harbour & Hearth Culinary Services Ltd. carries Public Liability Insurance of NZD 10,000,000, compliant with New Zealand regulatory standards.
• All dietary requirements (allergies, vegetarian, vegan, halal, etc.) must be communicated in writing no later than seven (7) days before the event. The Chef will accommodate reasonable requests at no additional cost.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until signed and countersigned by both parties and the deposit has been received.
• Any changes to the scope of Chef services, guest count, or venue location within New Zealand Wellington after acceptance will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate.
