- Full-time private Chef services (Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM) for the preparation of daily meals including breakfast, lunch, and dinner for a household of up to eight (8) persons.
- Weekly menu planning incorporating Nigerian, West African, and international cuisines tailored to the dietary preferences of the Nigeria Lagos household.
- Procurement of fresh ingredients from approved markets in Lagos Island, Lekki, and Ikeja, with all costs itemized separately.
- Preparation and execution of up to four (4) private event menus per month (birthdays, anniversaries, corporate gatherings) at venues within Nigeria Lagos.
- Menu consultation and dietary management for clients with specific health requirements, allergies, or cultural food preferences.
- Basic kitchen management, inventory tracking, and hygiene compliance in line with the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) guidelines applicable in Nigeria Lagos.

4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all prices are subject to revision due to market fluctuations in Nigeria Lagos.
4.2 Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total amount is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate as a mobilization fee. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be paid by the 25th day of the service month.
4.3 The assigned Chef shall be a verified, background-checked professional with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in residential and event catering within Nigeria Lagos.
4.4 Any additional services, extended hours, or event modifications beyond the scope defined herein shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by our office.
4.5 The client agrees to provide a safe, adequately equipped kitchen workspace at the Nigeria Lagos residence. Failure to do so may result in service delays or additional charges.
4.6 Cancellation policy: Cancellations made more than seven (7) days before the scheduled service date incur a 15% penalty. Cancellations within seven (7) days incur a 50% penalty of the affected service line item.
4.7 All disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with jurisdiction in Nigeria Lagos.
